Stobart Rail continues its Pendragon support

For the eighth year in succession Stobart Rail is pleased to sponsor the Pendragon Stages Rally. We are extremely proud to be associated with this event which, like Stobart Rail, has its roots firmly in the Eden Valley.

Every year the Pendragon seems to go from strength to strength and Stobart Rail has pitched in with some very practical support to help make the event a success again this year. The one thing that will be missing from the Pendragon this year is our very own Andy Richardson who is still getting over a terrible accident on the Jim Clark Rally – and we wish him all the best in his recovery.

Stobart Motorsport's activities continue to grow in the WRC with Cumbria's very own crew of Matthew Wilson and Scott Martin delivering stronger results this year.

On behalf of Stobart Rail and the wider Stobart Group, I extend a warm Westmorland welcome to all competitors, service crews and spectators who visit the rally and I give my gratitude to the three organising motor clubs for inviting us to sponsor such a great event.
