Rally report 9

The battle of Warcop continues for the later runners, with almost all the crews reporting incidents of one sort or another:

Car 42: (Alan Gardiner) "We're going better this afternoon, except that my navigator's thrown up over the feet of a marshal at the end of the last stage!"

Car 53: (Mark Constantine): "We lost our brakes this morning, but now fixed them. Except that we're now slower."

Car 57: (Douglas Ingram): "We've just hit something in there. Not sure what it is. Hopefully it's mineral or vegetable, not animal."

Car 63 (Kev Mongahan) "It's ***** brilliant. I love this place"

Car 78: (John Ric Wood) "It's **** fantastic. Best stage ever"

Car 70: (Robert Meynall): You take your life in your hands doing this" (He's in a Mini)

Car 96: (Michael Davison): "There's only one car gone off this afternoon. What a difference to this morning!"

Car 100 (Colin Smithson): "I can't believe it. I passed an Impreza in there! (He's driving a 1400cc Vauxhall Corsa).

Pendragon weatherman Mike Kirk is reporting that it's dry and sunny at the moment, but there's a big black cloud on the way.......
