Rally report 5

You know that life is getting difficult for the crews in Warcop when one of the later competitors described it as "like a scrapyard in there!"
Many of the crews reported problems, but amazingly, were still enjoying every minute of it.
The Tobermory Chocolate Mini of Douglas Ingram and Paul Whittaker described the stage as 'smoke, sweat and no tears!"
Peter Stewart and Mairi Riddick hit a post in their Fiesta ST, but managed to continue are bending back the front of the car.
Pete Gibson and Adama Bradford also went off, damaging their radiator, while Steve Crowther and David Batley suffered a broken rear wheel after reversing into a wall following a spin.
Chris Haw (car 85) landed his Peugeot 309 on its nose after a dramatic jump through one of Warcop's cattle grids- "great fun!" was his verdict.
Prize for the most bizarre response so far today came from Jonnie Bean and Glen Workman in the Snigwigg BMW, who reckoned they'd just been for fish and chips in Penrith!
