Rally Report 3

Warcop is living up to its reputation as a real test of man and machine.
When drivers were asked by marshals at the end of the stage if they had experienced any probems, this was their response:

Car 19 (Shaun Sinclair): "Yes, I'm overweight!"
Car 10: (Gary Cooper) Puncture on stage one.
Car 27: (Barry Lindsay): Good clean run.
Car 30: (Mark Ianson): Everything's gone wrong, we were on three cylinders, got back onto four when we went downhill, then shot off the road and hit a rock. We may have to retire."
Car 32: (Ricky Wheeler): It's a Scary as hell!
Car 36: (Ian Tunney): Turbo pipe's gone, there's no boost.
Car 37: (Graham Collister)"I've been distracted by by co-driver laughing as the car in front went off"
Car 38: (Chris Taylor) "What an excellent event"
Car 42: (Alan Gardiner): The dashboard's fallen out!"
Car 49: (Gavin Smith): "The car's going well, but the navigator's been sick on both stages, so I'm driving blind!"

Clearly, it could be a long day for some competitors.......
